The client is a canine genomics and biotechnology company that provides comprehensive DNA tests.  

Founded in 2015, the client has formed a series of strategic partnerships with health organizations and university researchers with the goal of ending preventable disease for dogs.

The Challenge  

The client charted a course for rapid business growth to expand their customer base and move closer to their goal of ending preventable disease in animals. Central to this effort was the need for marketing and creative personnel to reach a wider audience.

However, the client’s internal HR team possessed little bandwidth to operate at the scale needed to fill these critical positions. The client’s new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), who had come to the organization by way of a Fortune 20 company, soon sought the support of a creative staffing partner to meet their growth goals.

The Solution
